2.2. Rights: By submitting or sharing content on Location Pal, you grant Developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with Location Pal.
3.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of Location Pal is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using Location Pal, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
4.1. Ownership: Location Pal and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5.1. Termination: Developer may terminate or suspend your access to Location Pal immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
6.1. Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of Location Pal is at your sole risk. Location Pal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Developer makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of Location Pal.
7.1. No Liability: In no event shall Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of Location Pal.
